While I'm killing it in the REAL WORLD....

Well Guys,

While I'm killing it in the real world, my blog is falling by the way side.  I've decided to get my bearings working out and eating healthy and then try to schedule my postings better.

I'm still doing great at the gym and eating gluten and sugar free, with Saturday being my cheat day.  Funny thing is: I still didn't have gluten or sugar on my cheat day without even realizing it.  I had french fries with garlic aioli.  No biggie.

I think it might be time to start posting recipes.  So I know I posted the paleo bread recipe but, as I said before I tweak everything.  So I'm gonna start posting my "tweaks" and give the source to the original.

There is so much you can do with this stuff, which, when I start taking photos will be a whole other post.  My fave is to top it with cottage cheese and a myriad of toppings.

I kind of, off the cuff, decided that I was gonna get a workout off Pinterest and try a different one every week.  I tried the "10 Week Workout Plan" last week and it was just a little too beginnerish for me.  If you do it I suggest doing 3 reps of each.

This week I'm trying a plan I saw on Gal Meets Glam

I'm alternating 45 MIN of Cardio one day with the above workout the next:

Mon: Start Fresh
Tuesday: 45 MIN Cardio
Wednesday: Start Fresh
Thursday: 45 MIN Cardio
Friday: Start Fresh
Saturday: Yoga

I love the all body kick ass workout!  Also today and tomorrow I am doing a cleanse.
