"...In Be Spring Nails"

While doing my nails last night and trying to pick a color, I started thinking...

Nail color for me is what sets the tone for the mood I'm in.  I look at my hands often and like to feel in a spirit of the season, of my outfit, whatever...

I was thinking... that I'm done with Winter, as are most.  I'm tired of dark, I would like to get out of the icey.  Don't get me wrong, I'm a serious neutral girl anyway.  But, when Spring comes we all like to let our nails "POP"!!!

NYFW Spring 2014 was all about the pastels, so I thought, why not wear those now, as my "In Be Spring" color, because let's be honest, as soon as Spring hits I'm gonna run straight for the Poppy.

I went with the OPI Brisbane Bronze, because, well, let's be real, I'm a sucker for metallics, and since I'm dying for a tan, this makes me feel beachy.  Like I said it helps me set MY tone.  I'm so OBSESSED with Mischo Beauty right now.  Their new collection hits perfect for Spring, but I really felt the Jackie, which is an ocean mint, really hit the spot for the InBeSpringer.

Any of these others could be a Winter or Spring inspired hue.  That's why I find them PERFECT for the in between.  Some are classics, some are brand new.  But, I love them all.  If these don't inspire you to immediately book a flight for TurksnCaicos, nothing will...

Enjoy!!

  1. I don't currently do my nails because they always seem to be breaking off and look bad but maybe doing my nails would resolve that. I really like the Zoya Dove!

    1. I have found that my cure to that problem is gel nail polishes. Just make sure when you visit the salon that they DO NOT file the top of your nail bed!
